Constipation is characterized by irregular bowel movement. This is the incapability to push out the stool in the intestine due to several reasons like contraction in the intestine and lack of water to push the stool. Someone who is constipated will not have a good bowel movement. In most cases, he will not release waste in a day and will wait for days or a week in order to have a bowel movement. This is dangerous to the health knowing that human waste is toxic when it will stay inside the body. There will be a right time for the waste to be disposed and it should be two times a day. Having a bowel movement once day is semi-constipation.

There are so many causes of constipation as what I have said and the two most general is muscle contraction and lack of water in the intestine. These causes depend on the action of the one who is constipated. Normally, it depends upon the diet of the person. An increase in acid, caffeine, alcohol, and other digestive system jitters is the reason behind these causes.

Cures for Constipation 

The best way for you to find an antidote with constipation is to look at your diet. Your diet will determine your constipation. In order to stop constipation, the best way is to increase your fiber intake by means of fruits and vegetables like pineapple, black beans, and others. You also have to make sure that you have enough water in your body in order to avoid not just constipation, but also dehydration that may lead to much worse conditions. Changing your diet is the most important thing to do. If you do this, you will be able to see the result and as what I have said, it all depends on you.
